The next match was suppose to be Anthony Lee versus Kharn Alexander, but Hillbilly Jedd came out and said he wanted to make it a 3 way dance. Jedd was the winner of last year's tournament so he was set to get a bye in the first round. Jedd said he wants to fight and not get the bye. General Manager Chris Ikon said he would grant him the match, but the stipulation is the the man that loses by pinfall or submission will be eliminated. The other two men will advance to the second round.
2. Kharn Alexander beat Anthony Lee and Hillbilly Jedd in a 3 way dance. (Jedd was pinned)
Anthony Lee threw powder on himself trying to get Jedd disqualified. This lead to Kharn rolling Jedd up for the pin. Jedd went on a rampage after the match attacking Lee.
3. Aaron Anarchy beat Tom Van Zant
Second Round:
After intermission, GM Ikon announced that Anthony Lee was injured and would be unable to continue in the tournament. Ikon said he has found a suitable replacement. Before he could make the announcement, NEW Champion Flash Flanagan came out. Flash talked again about how bad of guy Shawn Cook is and how stupid the fans are to get behind him. Flash then brutally attacked Chris Ikon.
Ring Announcer JT Brannum announced who the suitable replacement is ... Troy Van Zant!

5. Kharn Alexander beat Joey "Kidd" Owens

7. Troy Van Zant beat Kharn Alexander by submission to win the 2012 Mark Kuhn Invitational
8. NEW Championship: Shawn Cook beat Flash Flanagan (c) by DQ
Despite being at the hospital, General Manager Chris Ikon sent word that Flash has been suspended 60 Days due to his actions tonight.
